We’re looking for a Sales Associate to extend our reach in North. This is a full-time position primarily responsible for achieving monthly and annual sales goals as well as meeting quarterly metrics by selling acoustic products and services generated from providing customers with sound and noise control solutions. Leads are supplied from incoming calls, internet inquiries, maintaining relationships with existing accounts and trade show contacts. Remote, in office or hybrid work location will be dependent on where candidate resides. Sales Associate is also required to be actively involved in process improvement, driving problem-solving and continuous improvement initiatives. Sales Associate must always present themselves in a professional manner while demonstrating company values, a strong work ethic, and a continuous improvement mindset.

Essential Functions:
  • Always provide superior customer service.
  • Responding to all phone calls, web inquiries, and other leads to identify and understand their product or service needs; identifies and suggests products and services to meet those needs.
  • Understand and comply with company policies and SOP’s that detail Sales processes (Training provided).
  • Maintain detailed information of sales activities including but not limited to calls, orders, sales, lost business, customer, or vendor relationship problems.
  • Log all information and communications by creating notes and matching emails with corresponding opportunities in the CRM system.
  • Build and maintains a network of sources to identify new sales leads.
  • Generate new project proposals and submit on time to meet requirements of customers.
  • Proper follow-ups on proposals to maintain relationships.
  • Close Sales
    • Solutions and Knowledge - Provide in depth knowledge of acoustics fundamentals, acoustic products, installation of our products as well as the understanding the customer’s pain points to efficiently qualify, quote, and close projects. (Training provided).
    • 100% commission-based position with monthly income guarantee.
  • Daily Management and Continuous Improvement – Active involvement in the Daily Management process including root cause analysis and process improvement initiatives.
  • Perform any other duties required to get the job done effectively, efficiently, and profitably.
