Web Developer

We’re looking for a Web Developer to grow our online presence. This is an amazing opportunity to work in a highly collaborative role and requires a creative thinker, a helpful mentor, a team player, and a problem solver - all rolled into one!

Web Developer role is hands-on and involves a combination of web design, UX and CRM experience to assist with maintaining and optimizing web site and landing page content to help meet marketing strategic objectives. The successful candidate will also provide support to stakeholders to develop and maintain relevant, current web content.

Essential Functions:
  • Effectively manages site functionality and page creation, design, and branding.
  • Displays understanding of how the plugins and integrations work, how to create an engaging visual aesthetic and user experience, and the marketing psychology that ties it all together.
  • Contributes to various high-level marketing campaigns and manages several self-directed initiatives.
  • Creates and manages landing pages, microsites, forms, and other web-based marketing campaign assets.
  • Assists with development of email campaigns and product automations.
  • Generate reports and review analytics on engagement, conversions, site quality scores.
  • Engages in continual learning to keep current with industry best practices and trends.
  • Provides quality/functionality assurance backup.
  • Maintain archives and report out on all digital assets including special URLs, 404 errors, redirects, landing page locations and link-throughs.
  • Create necessary web integrations to support campaign attribution and closed-loop reporting.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
  • Strong working knowledge of CRM solutions and strategies
  • Strong understanding of the range of built-in capabilities and options available in HubSpot and the ability to make recommendations on how to best leverage those capabilities and options when formulating CRM solutions
  • Experience with case management as implemented through CRM solutions
  • Understanding of Model Driven Apps and Canvas Apps
  • Knowledge of application integration with Power Apps is a plus
  • Knowledge of Power Automate is a plus
  • Strong Communication Skills
  • Have in-depth understanding or working knowledge of the following:
    • Services-Oriented Architecture
    • System to system integrations via internal and vendor APIs
    • Configuration Management
    • Error Handling
    • XML and JSON Data Structures
    • Ability to write SQL queries
    • In addition, familiarity with native mobile applications, responsive web applications and internal Customer Service Representative facing applications interfacing with cloud native microservices is a plus.
  • Problem solving skill – Work well under pressure and challenges, team-player, good listener, analytical, creative, approachable, etc.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to partner with various levels of leadership within the organization
  • Ability to excel in a fast-paced environment with aggressive timelines that require managing multiple priorities concurrently
  • Experience working in Agile methodology
